How to Create a Support Ticket

Last updated

If you need help with anything related to NSEMM services, our support team is here to assist. Creating a support ticket ensures your query is tracked and responded to promptly.

When to Create a Ticket

Support tickets are the best way to get help with technical issues with the platform, questions about your account or lessons, billing queries or payment problems, feedback or suggestions, and anything else where you need assistance.

Creating Your Ticket

Visit the support portal at support.nsemm.org.uk and click “Create Support Ticket”. You’ll be asked for your email address (use your NSEMM email if you have one, so we can link your ticket to your account), a clear subject line describing your issue, and a detailed description of what’s happening.

Be as specific as possible in your description. Include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, any error messages you saw, and relevant details like dates, times, or lesson information. The more information you provide, the faster we can help.

What Happens Next

After you submit your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. Our team reviews tickets throughout the day, and most are responded to within a few hours, though we aim to reply within 24 hours at most.

You can reply to the email to add more information or ask follow-up questions. All correspondence is tracked against your ticket so nothing gets lost.

Urgent Issues

For urgent matters that can’t wait, you can call us on 0115 678 7080. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm. As NSEMM is run by students, you might reach our voicemail during busy periods, but we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
