Keeping your profile information current helps us communicate with you effectively and ensures your lessons run smoothly.
Accessing Your Profile
To view and edit your profile, click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Profile” from the dropdown menu. This takes you to your personal settings page where you can manage all your information.
What You Can Update
Your profile includes your personal details such as your name, email address, and phone number. If you change your email address, you’ll need to verify the new one before it becomes active. You can also update your address and upload a profile photo if you’d like.
Notification Preferences
On your profile page, you can also control how we communicate with you. Choose whether you’d like to receive email notifications about lesson reminders and updates, and whether you’re happy to receive occasional news about NSEMM services. We’ll always contact you about important account matters regardless of these settings.
Keeping Your Information Secure
Your personal data is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. If you’re using a shared computer, always log out when you’re finished. If you have any concerns about your account security, please contact our support team.
