Session credits offer a convenient way to pay for lessons in advance. This guide explains how they work and how to manage your credit balance.
What Are Session Credits?
Session credits are prepaid funds stored in your NSEMM account. When you add credits, they’re available to use immediately. After each lesson, the appropriate amount is automatically deducted from your balance, so you don’t need to pay each invoice individually.
Benefits of Using Credits
Many families find session credits helpful for managing their tutoring budget. You know exactly how much you’ve allocated for lessons, and there’s no need to process a payment after each session. It’s also one less thing to think about, as everything happens automatically.
Adding Credits to Your Account
To add session credits, go to your account settings and select “Session Credits”. Choose the amount you’d like to add and complete the payment. Your credits will be available immediately and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is shown on your dashboard and in your account settings. You can also see a history of credit additions and deductions, so you always know where you stand.
Running Low on Credits
If your balance gets low, we’ll send you a reminder email. You can also set up low-balance alerts in your account settings to be notified when your credits fall below a certain amount.
Refunds
If you have unused credits and would like a refund, please contact our support team. We can return the funds to your original payment method, which typically takes five to ten business days to process.
