Your feedback helps us maintain high teaching standards and helps tutors improve. Here’s how to share your thoughts.
Lesson Feedback
After each lesson, you can rate your experience. This quick feedback helps us monitor quality across all tutors. You’ll see a prompt on your dashboard after lessons are completed.
Be honest in your ratings. If a lesson was great, say so. If something wasn’t quite right, that’s valuable information too.
Detailed Feedback
If you have more detailed thoughts to share – positive or constructive – there are several ways to do this:
Message your tutor directly for minor suggestions or questions. Tutors appreciate hearing what’s working well and what could be adjusted.
Contact support if you have concerns you’d prefer to discuss with us rather than your tutor directly. We’ll handle your feedback sensitively.
Leave a review if prompted. Periodically we ask for more detailed reviews which help other families when choosing tutors.
Positive Feedback
Don’t forget to share positive feedback too! If your tutor has done something particularly helpful, or you’ve noticed real progress, let us know. We share positive feedback with tutors (with your permission) and it makes a real difference to their morale.
Concerns and Complaints
If you have serious concerns about a tutor – their teaching quality, professionalism, or conduct – please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and investigate thoroughly.
You can report concerns through the support portal or by emailing [email protected]. If your concern relates to safeguarding, use the “Report a Concern” feature or email [email protected].
Switching Tutors
If your current tutor isn’t the right fit, you don’t have to continue with them. Contact support and we’ll help you find a better match. This might be about teaching style, personality, or scheduling – whatever the reason, we want you to be happy with your lessons.
There’s no awkwardness in switching tutors. It happens, and tutors understand that not every match works out.
Anonymous Feedback
If you prefer to give feedback anonymously, you can do so through our periodic surveys. These are sent out from time to time and help us understand trends across all our students.
