Understanding Your Invoice

Last updated

This guide explains the different parts of your NSEMM invoice and what each charge represents.

Invoice Layout

Your invoice begins with a header showing the invoice number (which you should quote if you contact us about it), the date it was issued, and the payment due date. Below this, you’ll find your billing details and a summary of the charges.

Line Items

The main body of your invoice lists each lesson or service you’re being charged for. Each line shows the date the lesson took place, the subject taught, how long the session lasted, and the total amount for that lesson. This makes it easy to match charges against your lesson history.

Payment Summary

At the bottom of the invoice, you’ll see the subtotal of all charges, any discounts that have been applied, and the final total amount due. If you have session credits, these may be applied automatically.

How to Pay

You can pay your invoice online using the secure payment link included in your invoice email. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, our account details are shown on the invoice.

Questions About Charges

If anything on your invoice doesn’t look right, please contact our support team with your invoice number. We’re happy to explain any charges or correct any errors.
